I’m proud of my military service that ingrained the importance of responsibility, obligation, and commitment of providing the tools necessary, to help both Clients and Employees be as successful as possible. I support and advocate for numerous Veteran groups, causes and PTSD assistance.

Facilitated and maintained a commercial lines division as a consult for agencies across the US. Help in building a complete staff and producers for the company on the commercial insurance side of the organization. Help the leadership and production teams in growth modules and other operational point to reach a common goal. Support management with an average of 30 people on the commercial insurance division of the agency. Modeled self-leadership that encouraged honest dialogue that leveraged the strength of others. Analyze complex business problems and assesses decisions that impact the determination of appropriate solutions. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the agency. Worked and assigned games for the last 25 years in NCAA sports officiating along with local and nation high school programs for football, basketball, and softball.

Managed a significant book of E&S middle market commercial property business. Built and maintained a 6-million-dollar book of business. Played a key role in the strategic growth of the company’s profitable underwriting business. Utilize underwriting expertise to determine the acceptability of risk transfer in accordance company underwriting and pricing guidelines. Develop and build key relationships with carriers, vendors and especially wholesale brokers. Contributed to the building of a new company with ideas, strategic thinking and execution of the company underwriting culture and strategy to ensure the primary goal of underwriting profit.

The Product Services & Compliance company for the preparation, creation and maintenance of Property and Casualty products, forms & filings. This includes working with legal to create and maintain coverage forms and endorsements. In addition, trained and development the underwriting field staff involving all areas of compliance and form maintenance. Work closely with individual line of business staff on all regulatory and bureau changes to rate, rules & forms. Review, analyze and evaluate ISO, NCCI, and other rate and form bureaus and suppliers’ program and rate and rule revisions. Assist in the planning/decision process and assist in the development of various disclosures and/or company responses necessary for State Compliance and implementation of revised products.
